something has change in the 3 months i missed CB cause im suddenly super strong! single minion is the best
what is a Ranged Base to-Hit and ranged Bonus to-Hit ?

Th base-to-hits are the base + your minions have going due to what they re wearing, their weapon, and I even think dexterity? It is called "base" because a lot of things can change the actual to-hit in battles (axbow, EC, etc.).
For example, my enchanter who carries a +0 dagger has a base melee to-hit of 5. That's the 5% that has been talked about for a while in the Wiki. Since he has no dexterity nor any + on the weapon, all he gets is that 5%.
As for why you are "super strong", do you mean your score is higher? Jonathan tweaked some scoring factors and it seems to have raised scores overall a bit.

Sorry, the 5% on my enchanter is BONUS to hit. Base is 60. I am actual not at all sure why that is or what it means.

The base to hit is with equal dexterity.
The bonus to hit includes all the pluses on your weapon, TOA and naming. That is static.
The base to hit is not.
