So I've wanted to know a little about the mechanics behind HAL.

What weapon does it use in melee? Still the ELB?

What stats are the ELB, do they increase with tattoo level?

Still the ELB. The ELB stats do increase with tattoo level, and from OB's data, I believe a level 5.5M hal has a +220 or so bow, IIRC. Ask him for the exact number.

My 8M level HAL had a +276/

Keep in mind that should you go into melee rounds you are supernerfed
