I'm curious as to what happens if FTW and Koy become retired. Does the N*B drop by 20%? Does Flamey get thrown into 6/20? Or are these things still based off of the top MPR, whether or not it is retired?
Mostly, if they're based off of the highest active character, then people who started N*Bs the day before Koy and FTW were retired would have a higher N*B percentage than those who did before or do after, so they would have a shot at the top, because they can hit 95% of the former top MPR, leaving them at the actual top MPR. If that makes sense. "
