1 Pick Virus

2 Start in Canada, Greenland, New Zealand, or Cuba (if not, restart)

3 Sell starting symptoms (if any), other than sneezing. If you donﾒt have sneezing, buy it

4 Buy 1-1-1-0 Resistances

5 Once your disease spreads to a few countries, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility

6 Wait until all countries are infected.

7 Pump 2 Drug Resistance and buy sneezing, coughing, vomiting

8 After a few days, unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you

9 Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, hypersensitivity, hemorrhaging

10 Wait until everyone dies

Worked for me. Only took a couple tries.

Madagascar is very annoying, though. I find it amazing that they'll shut down when enough people have a disease with NO SYMPTOMS. >.<

Well, I managed to start off in Madagascar. Infected the whole island before it spread anywhere else. Then it spread around the world rapidly. Great! No. Japan closed itself up from the rest of the world.....

Yeah, I only succeeded in killing Madagascar in easy mode...
Not much difference in both modes, except normal is faster to react.

Probably will try it another 50 times to get the entire world.
If I can't make it within those turns, too bad, if I can, woohoo, next game here I am.

First time I managed to wipe out the entire world on realistic in 69 days, starting in Madagascar :D

I *removed* all symptoms, switched to fever only, got the transmited by rodents and insects and level 1 resists, got lucky with a ship early on to Australia, the entire world got infected before anybody realized anything was going on, and then it was killin' time :) Quick drug resistance and full spectrum of coughing/sneezing/etc meant infection rates bumped up suddendly, and before you knew it, everybody was infected and I had enough points for more deadly options.

The second time I managed to do it was a but slower, about 120 days or so, and it was with a parasite... removed all visible symptoms, added only cysts for a good while, with resists slowly building up and it went by unnoticed again until it infected everything.

The most rewarding however was the "zombie plague" bacteria... Insanity+Necrosis+Boils ftw.

DoS should be a QB just for that comic.
