Give us back the Hxbow? (in General)

I wanna use a HxBow.


Buff it to 5 base damage, please? *beg*

Why? Just to get better damage than a sling without needing to train Archery?

Make a choice, OB. *smile* Go with the explosive power of the SoD, the mage-seeking power of the MgSk, the draining power of the specialty bows, or just the plain old power of the ELB... Does there really need to be more?

The ordinary shooting from the HxBow. No 6 base damage, no explodey-side damage, no magic seeking.

So guaranteed double-hits and targets the nearest minion using Fireball or equipped with a RoBF? :)

HxBow, targets minion with largest evasion. Could be good.. or not.

We have a bow that drains str, one the drains dex, but what we really need is one the drain hp. We'll call this ability: damage.

Wouldn't a SoD be a more reliable source of damage anyways?

I agree, the Heavy Crossbow needs a change. Decrease the upgrade cost on the damage (x) while increasing the upgrade cost on the accuracy (+). Let it do more damage yet hit less vs. the Assassin's or Enforcer's Crossbows. If it's meant to be a "heavy" crossbow, let it be a "heavy" crossbow.

make the hxbow have a decaying ability! once it hits it slowly decays hp away! like so:
... Hit OMG for [15000] damage
OMG HP decays [500]

Personally Finger of Death sounds like a better idea.

Make it like a SoD without splash, better if you don't want to worry about GA.
