Or have a tiny box on the home page or something. It's one of those "trivia" things I guess, like the amount of battles fought in the past 24 hours or something(which used to be displayed at the top of the equip page).

Hmm... Over my NCB so far, I have come to realize that the following characters have started NCB near me:
Flatcap
Lost
Law
Shadow Lord
Marksman
Aulendil

There are more (of course) but those are the ones off the top of my head

Oh, nevermind. I thought the original post was intended to display the current percentage of increase in exp if you were to create an NCB character right then.
