even if he doesnt go through with the payplan it is not within your right to impose extra interest on the deal without his agreement...

Because it wasn't stated at the beginning of the deal that if he doesn't meet his end you can impose an interest.

Maybe there is something messed up in the transfer logs but after he sent you the 14mil it looks like he sent you easily another 7mil

fined 50k for non-PG, and it is not within your rights to impose new additions to the original dealings.

So what is there to be done then? Is there any point to make a PR, honestly? The admins don't help at all when it comes to people getting screwed out of money/items.
No, there is no purpose in creating PRs Indy. If people are going to screw you they are going to screw you. I personally don't see why admins don't do something, short of pure laziness.

As a result of superior me not fulfilling his obligation, his characters have been repossessed. They are now part of TourneyPrizes, and tourney prizes now has two new characters to be won.
