So I caved in. Ditched the signle minion for TSA+PL.
I know, flogging a dead horse now, but wow.
Whoever doesn't use this on thier teams? Why ever not! It's obscene. Funnel all damage (with a 10% reduction) to a minion with massive HP (the only defense that wasn't nerfed this changemonth) that get's to regenerate every round.
So let me know, why don't you use TSA+PL?

Because I refuse to give in to strategy norms.
Same reason I have never bought a RoE or started a SFBM as an NCB.
At one point in time, I went Evasion+RoBF, but I regret it.
I agree that a TSA+PL wall is something every team has to consider, regardless of their damage-dealing strategy. =\

My build doesn't lend itself well to it (I don't use walls). Also, I would have to retrain a bunch to get a lot of native HP on any more of my minions. I don't like losing MPR as long as I have targets I can beat. Which I do.
Additionally, I try not to use anything that I consider lame, that's why I don't use walls, don't use PL/TSA, and I focus my strategy on breaking down defensive enchantments.

actually this is something i have seen in WoW, a holy pally throw down a consencrate and just heal themselves to maintain agro and the dps does the job.

my main minion hides behind an AoI, and the TSA wearer with MgS absorbs MM damage and absorbs all physical damage; so PL is quite redundant, given the high DBs on the main minion, and the high AMF countering FB spread.

Because switching to a PL Wall would require a massive switch in strategy, as well as a retrain, the thought of which makes my skin crawl. To quote Stewie Griffen, "I don't like change!"
That and I like my current strategy, flawed though as it is.

It's useless versus GA and MoD and it requires the Damage dealers to train HP to stop AMF/GA damage, and like people have been saying, requires a xp loss to change into it.
I think most team can actually afford to hire another minion as a PL/TSA wall, as long as you can pay for it. I actually think the regen is stupid broken. with 30 rounds, if it ever gets that far, you almost double your HP, and PL wall usually have stupid high HP, especially with a ToE on your team.

You can't double your hp you can only regen to your max hp i thought?
he means regeneration for 30 rounds would effectively double your hp Ie a regeneration rate of 50k over 30 rounds would be 1.5 mil more hp
