To be honest, after the last ToE change, I foresee even more of them turned into RoBF or something else soon :)
I'm actually surprised you didn't change your ToE to a RoBF yourself... not enough AMF backlash, enemy mages and/or not enough melee rounds ?

The best tattoo around is still the ToA or the EF.

EF ToA and Hal are amazing, however, if you have AS like novice or someone else with like 10M AS, RoS is quite nice.

The thing that everyone's more interested in, though, is which of those top tats are for sale?

at least two of the top 30 tats aren't in use... couple fo the top 50 are on admin chars... (maybe showing up in future tourneys)

ToE is all good at the lower level, but leveling it up and doesn't do anything extra hurts.
