How about an armor that reduces DM cast on the subject by a percentage of the +
Possible upgrade curve could look something like that of the MgS or maybe an AoF. Obviously this armor would provide no armor bonus, and come with some penalties of its own.
What do you think about it?

I'm up for it if it doesn't stack with the RoS and provides significantly less benefit. DM resistance is extremely powerful and shouldn't come in significant quantities without a drawback of some sort.
You mean the counter to NSC's?
Great I'm all for it gives me a chance to protect GA and AS even more.

Not to mention, RoS is the perfect counter to DM, so combining it with anti-DM gear would require some balancing to the system. It would make ED's far too good.
I agree, the cost efficiency of EDs should always be very weak against DM. RoS at least takes up a tattoo slot

Now all we need is something that protects from EC, then we'd have all EOs covered.
All you AS naysayers....... All you need is ONE minion training DM to counteract 4 minions with AS, which is the weaker enchantment right there? AS is not broken/overpowered, so get off that topic. But i agree, if there was anti-DM gear, it would just gives others options instead of RoS.

I really like the Headgear idea. Give it the same upgrade curve as a corn. I think that would be very fair.
worth noting that DM affects ED linearly, and AMF affects DD differently.
A constant reduction against DM would be...weird to say the least. Doubt it'll be worth it.
with equal XP investment, and a single DM vs single ED, I think you get to keep a little bit of your ED since DM is less effective (80% or something).
Yeah because I really enjoy having GA and Mage teams kick my butt as it is now.
