I've noticed a large drop in RoBF damage recently. I'm used to 130k a round, for the most part with my current max tat... but lately I've been seeing under 100k pretty often against the same targets... :S

across the board drop in damage or only against specific targets? if specific targets, have ya messaged them asking what they may have changed recently or trained?
More or less across the board, a few of my targets haven't been active in a long long time. So I'm not sure why there would be any change in damage other than positive (as my max tat level grows)
i never tried when i was using robf to see if encumbrance affected it, but is your robf wearer encumbered?

RoBF was dropped by as much as physical back then. I haven't noticed any recent change.
