Basically the question is, what does america and freedom mean to obama?

DoS November 11 2008 11:01 PM EST

Seems like an opinion question considering you're probably not Obama.

I cannot help you on this one, for I have never invented any presidents.

Lord Bob November 11 2008 11:19 PM EST

And what does it mean to McCain, or to you Plagues, or to any of us here, and why do you assume it means something vastly different to him?

DoS November 11 2008 11:21 PM EST

He is a super American supporter, LOOK AT HIS PIN! But I agree with Bob.

And if that is really a homework assignment question, my answer is this: "I hope to Obama, that freedom means getting some real, non-editorial education up in here."

Sorry, but that is the most ridiculous, subjective, non-education question I have ever heard, unless the class is a creative writing class based purely on the quality of whatever you choose to write.

And in that case, wing it, And wing it with proper grammar and varied sentence structure. Good grief. You might as well answer the question, "How does a plate of ham respond to mustard in September when the radio blares folk music."

Hell, I might have to write a story in response to that!

If you argue it from a fundamental Christian standpoint, you can't be wrong.

Bloody right. My first instinct was to flame the OP for posting a false assignment, but I figured I should give him the benefit of the doubt and give him an answer that bashes the question and not him.

Wizard'sFirstRule November 13 2008 5:10 AM EST

what is the assignment for? if it is for something like primary/secondary study, then you are stuffed and "wing it", if it is for politics in terriary study, then you probably should look for some of his speeches and find what the lecturer is trying to get you to say.
