Wasp // 8DEOTWP (in Public Record)

Wasp paid 8DEOTWP $17.5 via paypal for 8 million CBD. This can be confirmed via CM and paypal logs. Just posting this as s/he hasn't logged on in a while and it's to remind me that s/he owes it to me still. : )

After sending the money via paypal he hasn't replied to my chatmails and is now trying to sell the 8 million again in another thread. Can I get a reset done. All appropriate CM logs will be pasted here:

In regards to his first thread he made selling 8 million for 16 USD I sent him:

He logged on a couple days later. He hasn't sent me my money and he now has a new thread that is looking to sell that same 8 million.

There's not a lot I can do regarding your paypal transaction.
You should contact Paypal directly and deal with them - good luck :/

Unfortunately there's nothing I can do based on CM's either.
PR threads with both parties acknowledging the transfer are necessary in order for an "admin reset" to be actioned.
That said, PR threads are of limited value when dealing with USD transactions given that these kind of transactions take place outwith the game mechanics and I have no way of verifying them. Again, you should contact Paypal directly :/

I have however flagged 8DEOTWP as a credit risk. Anyone transferring items or $CBD to this user will receive a system generated message warning them there's a risk.
Doesn't help much for those xfr'ing USD I'm afraid given that the transaction is outwith CB, but that's always the risk you take...
