I bought a couple things for my girlfriend a while back, and I talked to her and she said it was OK if I used them. Well, she doesn't want to log into CB, so is it OK if I go into her account myself and transfer these two items over to my character? That's the only thing I'll do. I won't fight or anything that could get me in trouble.

Nope. Never. Not for any reason. The only time anyone has been allowed (TMK) on another account is with the permission of Jon or NS and only for NON-selfish reasons.
Just logging on to her account is against the rules.
