i don't know if this is normal but ive been getting 9 ba instead of 10 on the regen and also also instead of 240 im getting 216 with the extra ba for nubs

Awwww. It means you're growing up!
What happens as you grow is that your BA regen gets slower (9 per 20, 8 per 20, 7, then 6.) But your rewards are increased. Your net exp should stay the same, but you don't have to log on as much to get your BA so you miss less!

lol might not be so good i honestly am still very lost in this game i don't actually own anything cept a SF and i also don't make enough money to buy anything out of auctions you guys have way to much money lol but at least there are rentals :)

You really don't need to rent anything until later. Just try fighting with your SF only, and save up to buy items on your own.
I am getting 6BA/20... so grats for getting in 9/20. I think that means you are 15% of your way to top MPR.
