Dispel training (in General)

On a single minion character, how much experience should I train towards dispel everytime I go to train? 10% or 1/4th my xp? Or should I keep my dispel level about 1/4th my HP's? With the way I'm doing it now, it isn't doing very well in battle it seems so I think I might have to put more towards it, just want other peoples opinions first. Thanks in advance.

If your question is related to your first character 'Archer' then I might suggest not using it at all.

The most spells you cast, the less there is left for useful stats like ST and HP for your single minion. Most single minion builds don't use Dispel Magic unless they are a mage type of minion
