Newlin/three4thsforsaken NCB run (in Public Record)

Newlin is going to run an NCB for me.

Here is how it goes:

I provide money to cover BA/ hiring cost as well as providing necessary equips and tattoos. I ultimately control the strat direction of the character and will only cover BA/hiring costs that I ask to be bought (I.E. can't hire without my PR consent)

Note that I retain all ownership of the equips and tattoos.

Newlin will keep all fighting money and afterwords will keep ownership of the character, which I may BIN for 75% of the going character rate at that time. Otherwise Newlin can keep or sell the character at his own terms.

Please confirm and address any concerns. This is going to be a fun 6 months :D

It is actually about 5 months, but other than that you have my confirmation.

O, and one more thing. You are probably using my character for tat growth, so I was wondering if you thought a small charge to the NW of the tat was ok. maybe like 15%-20%?
