Shrunk down from 1600x1200 to 800x600.

this is the one on my computer just not set as a background.
For those wondering how to post a screen shot, here are some super simple instructions for you:
1.) Go to your desktop and hold the control button, and then while holding it, push the "print scr" button. Nothing is going to change.
2.) Now open up paint and hold the control button and push the v button. Save that image somewhere.
3.) Open up photobucket.com, upload it, and there will be a "HTML" code under the uploaded picture. Copy that code.
4.) Come back here and reply to this thread, paste the code, and change the "Reply text is:" to HTML instead of "Plain text".
That's it.

Here's my desktop. I hardly ever see it, as I run my apps full-screen and usually keep them running all the time (my laptop hasn't rebooted in a week and still has 3.3GB memory free, so why bother?)
how come fexy's desktop is so huge? Do you have several monitors ?
when you post your picture, do it like this:
<img src="URL TO IMAGE" width="800"> so that we can see your image instead of it stretching all out sideways and breaking the thread.
I am not sure what is worse, that I know and have available right now the module of Ravenloft for AD&D 2nd Edition in which Edyit's desktop comes from, or that it actually is Edyit's desktop.
Teasing of course, just surprised me, what year is that? Like maybe, 1995? To be fair to the thread, imagine the Standard Dell desktop background in your mind, can you see it? That is what my desktop looks like. If you think this makes me lazy or apathetic about my desktop appearance, you would be right!
Tell all your dial-up friends, Sefton has the kindest post for dial-users in the post your desktop thread!

As big a fan as I am of the PG rule (not sarcasm, i truly do enjoy the idiot filter), it gets in the way of replying to Slayer's threads... :P
(and for those wondering, the non-PG on my desktop is in the form of text, and to remove it removes it's humor, which removes it's reason for being my desktop...)

I installed Windows 7 Beta, the default background is a picture of a beta fish. I'm assuming pun intended.

Oh, and sorry for making the pic needlessly massive.

Uhhh. or Splendens. Curses. I forget which is the right word for the pun :|
Verifex, did you take that photo yourself? And also, where is it? It reminds me of the Place de la Concord in Paris, but I don't see any of the other city features that would confirm that.
It is a picture of the Vatican City.
