should i take anti field of my first minion and have a third minion learn it so it would be more concentrated and my ga would also be more concentrated

It doesn't matter how concentrated the XP is on each minion, the only thing that matters about concentration is how much of the whole teams XP that is in one attribute.

so it wouldnt matter weather i split anti field on one minion with ga or have 2 minions with 1 having ga and one have anti field ?

Your new third minion will have much less experience to start out with and it's exp gain will also be lower than you gain now.
Imo keep the 2 minions.
Doing as you say will allow you to concentrate more in amf/ga giving you 2/3 xp rather than 1/2 to distribute between them. It all depends on what sort of ratio between amf/ga and the AS/?? you want and what sort of minion buying strat you wish to follow.
DM reduces all enchantments cast on the enemy teams (excepting itself) ie your own amf/ec. So you are taking your own amf down by over 200k by casting it. You may want to change it.
