Thanks Shade. This happened a few days before my birthday in 1988 near Las Vegas, NV. Pepcon manufactured ammonium perchlorate a rocket fuel and it blew while I was in typing class, using those old school electric typewriters. Most people thought it was a terrorist event or aircraft collision. The kicker was that the blast blew in my brother's bedroom window and a piece about a foot in circumference lodged 1/2 way into the wall at chest level... 5 minutes after someone just left the room. Now... houses cover that entire area in that video!
