I sold my BoM to Ranger for 1.1m. He will pay me when he gets the money or in payments, however he wishes to. No hurry.

BOM is paid off with a trade of my HOC to him for the BOM +900k.
He send the money and I am sending my HoC.

I gave my BoM and 900k to Ranger for his HoC. I am currently renting Rangers HoC and when the time is up Ranger will transfer the HoC to me. Thanks again Ranger!
