Okay, i just found this,

I'm willing to send the full payment but i just want to make sure Foolio/Fluffy Bunny is still active as i have other things i need to pay off, i stopped playing a long time ago and realize i kinda just left my debt to fall by the wayside. So someone let me know please :)

You should pay it regardless. It is a debt owed. Perhaps send an e-mail with the payment explaining it and make a confirmation post linking to the old debt.

oh, i'm GOING to pay it regardless, its just if i send it now and he doesn't get on for six months, it's something i could use to pay a more recent debt and then send it and the time it was sent really doesn't matter.
