Tal_Destra is going to be running an NCB for DoS, the way DoS wants it. The NCB will be a Enchanter:Hal. What is going to happen is DoS will be providing most, if not all, of the equipment. After Tal_Destra has completed the task that is described further down, the equipment and the character will be both sent back to DoS.
Payment: DoS will give Tal_Destra a Hal at the beginning of the NCB that Tal_Destra will use until the end. Along with the Hal, whatever the market value for the character is at the time Tal_Destra will be selling the character to DoS for 50%.
Other Stuff: If Tal_Destra feels that he would like to insta up his Hal at any time to someone elses, DoS will take no part in it. The deal will be between Tal_Destra and the other party. When Tal_Destra gets his MTL to ~2.7mil he will then be leveling Ranger's tattoo.
Task: Tal_Destra will do the run until his Max Tattoo Level is 4.2mil in level.
