using computer with broadband connection. Is there a place i can use comp. to call (land phone) ?

you can use skype...I think it costs about 2$ per month for unlimited. I have used it in the past. If you have a good internet connection it's not bad
Well Yes and No. Video Conference/Conversation with Yahoo and MSN are the free routes to go. You will of course need a Microphone and Webcam, and the other party will need the same. Otherwise you will have to go the route of Skype and the programs that follow. There is a lot of Malware, Adware, and Spyware to worry about though. Not at first but later though.........
