There is a noticeable difference in my RoBF damage in the 8 BA I spent before 2ed downtime "not out of the woods yet" lolol

From doing 350k+ a round to only 200-250k a round. From a 45 round win to a 49 round win. Very noticeable. :S /wonders

I haven't gotten any cbd or change from any of the two tats on my character (obviously only one being used) RoBF and Hal, maybe this is something only with the top top top tats? (Mine only being 30m and 50m respectively) no noticable difference on my end, dmg is back to normal. /wonders
