Hi guys, I need someone who can level my tat for a little while while I use an ROE. It is 5.5M named and I need somebody preferably with a NUB/NCB.

I'm a fresh NUB. I don't know if I need to be higher-up to level it effectively, but if not I'll level it practically for free, since it should help me kill...

I'm 1.8 mil mpr and have a 4 mil max tattoo, not even I can help you :)

I've still got my NUB until July, but right now my max tat is just under 4m. maybe before long i'll be able to help you out. :P
