BA Refresh (in General)

Question: Yesterday I was getting 9 BA refresh. Then today I noticed it went down to 8. I thought cool! But not its down to 7, within the same day. Seems fishy to me >_<

Any explanation why?

I could be wrong, but I know for a fact that BA refresh is not perfect every refresh, nor is it on time (ever). But IIRC, BA refresh is a decimal after your set BA refresh (6.__, 7.__, 8.__, etc.). So it could be 8 one refresh, and 7 another refresh. I think i remember seeing someone post this somewhere, no idea whereI would've seen it though.

In the out of BA page you will see your actual BA refresh rate.
