Belegs are a must for any archer or junction HF.
I"m not sure if having three separate archers is going too be smart, it'll be very pricey. Also your score is 4 times your mpr i think your doing fine =)..

If you are only targeting mages, I would advise you to train more strength instead. You do not need that much dexterity.

Depends on the +'s on his bows plus remember he's not using a ToA.

If the target has base DX and is not using EC, then attacker having 10 k or 10 mil DX has pretty much the same effect, namely one extra hit above base chance - that's where DX-based chance to hit is capped.
