Evil bot check! (in General)

"Your privilege to fight was suspended for 60 minutes when you failed a bot check at 12:33 PM EDT. Current server time is 12:34 PM EDT."

Argh! I'm playing from my office. I got a phone call while tapping ENTER and didn't see the bot check pop up. When I turned back around, it was too late -- it said two minutes had passed (though it says only one now... sneaky bot check). This seems to happen once a week. Work is getting in the way of CB. :)

Will someone create a character named Bot Check just so I can wail on it? Um... in an hour when I'm allowed to fight...

And to pay your way out of it must be over 200k due to the NUB.

When it happened to me on Sat, I had to pay about 250k.

I have it happen alot when i have multiple screens and i switch them between fights.
I end up playing a full screen game while i wait. Its a pain in the buttocks!

Be glad it was only your first heh, I'd mess up pretty much weekly.

I run into this problem the same way that Nayab does. I switch tabs over to our company's software when I have a client on the phone while I'm in the middle of burning BA. If a bot check pulls up when I switch over, I'm toast. And Ranger's right, the cost to buy back into the game is astronomical for me. It wouldn't be so if BA would regenerate during the downtime, but it's harsh to get both penalties.

I understand losing an hour of gameplay, but I also got penalized 27 BA (an hour of regen), and with a NUB, that part hurts.

Cube, I hope you keep beefing up Bot Check. A few of us may have recurring urges to attack.

Oh, I didn't set it to NCB.. hmm.
