just holdin an Elven stilletto? (in General)

will my fireball slinger just holdin en elven stilletto knock my opponents AC down 50% like it says? Will someone who knows more bout this tell me please? ...Im readin knocks down AC by 50% for it and am I understanding this correctly...Im old but Im trying :)

If the minion using the ES casts Fireball, he will not use any weapons.

so I need another minion to hold it for me then ? :)

I think he's trying to say for the effect to take place, you have to be using it as a weapon and inflict some form of damage.

I think ES just attacks as if the AC of the opponent was at half of its original value.

So it only affects whoever holds it, and it has to be used.

The ES works only for the minion using it, and only vs that opponent s/he fights.

The ES and VB don't reduce armor--they ignore half of it.

This *should* be applied only when the weapon in question strikes. If it's not, that would be a bug that I hope people would highlight.
