AoJ works with the SOC (in Changelog)

AdminNightStrike May 5 2009 8:53 PM EDT

As the title says, this should be the last of the AoJ issues that were abound.

Talion May 5 2009 9:21 PM EDT

LOL! NightStrike is such a sucker for UC issues.

Good work! Even if I wasn't using the Jig or the Hal with the AoJ, I couldn't wait for these AoJ bugs to get fixed.

Cheers!

AdminNightStrike May 5 2009 9:22 PM EDT

hahaha... well somebody has to show UC love :)

AdminQBGentlemanLoser [{END}] May 6 2009 3:53 AM EDT

For more UC fixes, could we change it to linear damage? At the moment, it's the only non linear damage dealer in the game. Which is sucky.

Maybe base the UC 'x' on the UC level, and leave the '+' as part of the effect?

"this should be the last of the AoJ issues that were abound."

Well maybe, depending on how well I know Junction issues.

But if UC needs some attention, please go for it.

QBRanger May 7 2009 12:06 PM EDT

So, does the SoC now work with a junction Jig?

blackshadowshade May 7 2009 12:06 PM EDT

Yes, at the full 40%.

QBRanger May 7 2009 12:07 PM EDT

Full 40%?

blackshadowshade May 7 2009 12:08 PM EDT

It returns 40% of the damage taken.

AdminQBGentlemanLoser [{END}] May 7 2009 2:20 PM EDT

Why 40%? Shouldn't it return twice the damage absorbed?

QBRanger May 7 2009 2:44 PM EDT

I thought it was dependant on the + of the SoC which determined the exact % of the damage absorbed/stored.

AdminNightStrike May 7 2009 2:49 PM EDT

It absorbs a % per +, and returns a different % of the damage absorbed.

QBRanger May 7 2009 2:50 PM EDT

I thought it dealt 100% of the damage stored on the first blow with a mace type weapon that hits.

QBRanger May 7 2009 2:50 PM EDT

Sorry 200% of the damage stored.

AdminNightStrike May 7 2009 2:52 PM EDT

200 is a different percent :)

QBRanger May 7 2009 2:54 PM EDT

I do stand corrected,

But the 200% is fixed however, right?

AdminQBGentlemanLoser [{END}] May 7 2009 4:28 PM EDT

"It returns 40% of the damage taken."

I gets it! I was teh dumb.

Your SoC absorbs 20% and therefore returns the full 40%.

AdminNightStrike May 7 2009 4:51 PM EDT

Yes, it's a fixed percentage.
