This came up quite a lot during camping, when it took BA to enter the store.
One could camp with 0 BA.
I have yet to personally see it since, but lo and behold, it exists.

I've also gotten -1 ba a few times, and sometimes i get a positive 1 ba that i can't burn, has this happened to anyone?
Yeah I had that happened to me too but when I clicked refresh it disappeared.

You can also go to the forge and that one unusable BA will go *poff*

This happens when you use the last BA but the sidebar doesn't refresh.
