So I can't find any link to join the clans or anything like that.
anybody know?
Go over to the quick link "Clans" and click on join.

Also I don't see the clan I'm looking at joining. It's an economic clan called lower my fees.
I notice a long list of blank clans in the join list but the one I want isn't listed

to clarify. I know about the link to the left but no moderated clans are listed in the join pages

Those lists are sorted on clan points or revenue. There are 2 parts per list, I think you have to scroll down to see it :)
There is a known bug with moderated forging clans that they turn up all blank. You need to go over each one and inspect it to see what it is.

Someone mentioned a bug before, where the clans were showing up as blank spaces. I think it was.. Hakai?
