Why does ToE have SS? (in General)

SS does very very little on a ToE wearer as they cannot wear body armor or a cloak, taking away about half their possible AC.

I say make the ToE SS effect an aura effect! That might even make it viable again.

In which case the RoS has to be a little jealous of the ToE getting to do it's job for it.

I think the ToE should add directly to the armor score of the wearer, as to 1/3 if it's level towards NW into a virtual MC and SC. The item already has one aura effect with the reduction of physical damage.

That sounds cool but doesn't really make sense because the tattoo slot takes up the body armor slot.

SS Works for the whole Team, as does the Endurance Granted. While the RoBF is personal, the ToE isn't.

Stick it on a support Minion and let your Body Armour and Cloak wearing Wall benefit from Endruance and SS on top.

Now that's just silly.... It's an ED, make it cast as an ED...

the big plus point about the SS on the ToE it isn't dispelable. But then again who needs SS on a minion that can't use body armor or a cloak.
