I don't see why you wouldn't miss. Have you considered ranged modifiers for evasion? They're pretty huge.

I'm not sure of all of Sickone's stats, but he should have around only 50% cth before ranged penalties. That seems to fit the results pretty well.

1,783,870 DX, 1.0 Archery, +0 bow, +123 from ToA
It's only natural I miss so often against a nearly double DX, higher-than-my-PTH-evasion opponent :)
