Looking For Some Strat Advice (in General)

My NUB is up in about a month and a half. I was wondering if it would be worth it to hire another minion? I am not the best with strats and I know there are a lot of people who know strats extremely well. So should I hire another minion and if so, what should that minion be? I appreciate anyone's advice. Thank you.

I would say no. Your strat is pretty well set up for good exp concentration. Pump the money into your bow.
