    The melee weapons have all undergone a change in damage.
Right now it shows the base on the MH to be 84 while the ELS is 80.  Yet is appears the ELS does more damage.
Can we get a more accurate base damage number on all the melee weapons, to better show how powerful they are?

    I believe the "vampiric" weapons deal around 20% to 25% less damage than they should if they would be "normal" weapons...

    Also agreed. There should not be hidden penalties or bonuses on weapon damage. Just show it in the weapon's stats.

    Reason for my previous statement being the fact weapons seem to deal base damage proportional to the "damage base" to the power of two, or close to that (well, seems to be roughly true for the "non-special" weapons anyway, guesstimatively speaking).

    No, double base four times the damage (or, if you prefer, +41% base, double damage... or +10% base, +21% damage)... or very close to that, anyway.
