i know how bout we make it that the roe also returns the money rewards while fighting back to the previous rate that would be nice
and it would give 20% exp bonus again
RoE prices would go up the roof if that happened :)

Well look at it this way, Roe is basically worthless the way it is unless you name it and even then the exp bonus is very small.

Ya, it seems kinda pointless to me, tattoos will let you fight higher and get better bonuses, yielding better monetary rewards. With a roe you would have to fight lower and get worse bonuses, therefore lower money rewards, so its kind of cancellation in that aspect. Correct?

Lack of a tattoo (I mean a good tattoo) means that you would have to fight lower, true. But your PR would not be raised so much by a "good" tattoo, therefore your challenge bonuses shouldn't be affected too much. Unless I'm mistaken, base rewards are calculated with MPR, so again, RoE isn't lowering rewards really.
