I was thinking that i should enter the loaning business as im not going to use my CBD for a few months

im gonna do this something like Nem's bank but with short and long term loans

Short: no longer than 14 days and a flat 2% interest fee + xfer fee

Long: no limit and a 3% flat interest fee + xfer fee

ofc im up for Negotiating special terms

Suggestions:

Don't have no-limit loans. You'll get screwed.

Charge more than 2%. You won't make back hardly anything worth your time. 2% on a $1m loan is 20,000. At the conversion rate of $5 USD per $1m CBD, $20k CBD turns into ten cents USD.

You'll make a dime for every mil that you loan out that someone actually repays. It takes time to put these loans together. Is that time worth more than a dime? Probably.

^_^ on the contrary Corath, you would do long term loans IF the rate is close to what I dropped on you. ^_^ 5-10% one time interest for long term loans... your rate=1month max, 5-8%= 2-3 months. 9-10%= as long as it takes as long as there is a Minimum Payment agreement sent per week... and at the rate I am farming at, it looks like it IS going to take exactly 1 week to make 1 mil lol. so it'll be around 3 or so months to fully pay it off. ^_^
