secure trades? (in General)

Granted, it's an idea from another game, but wouldn't something like that work well here? As well as cut down on needless PRs when payment in full is happening.
You're selling something, You post how much you want for it. Someone sees it at a time you're usually not on and they set up a secure trade offer. Their monies are frozen and when you log on you can accept it and item and monies are transferred.

You can cancel it until it is accepted if you need to. Cuts down on waiting time and the worry that you'll get scammed (great for newer users who don't know anyone).

Thoughts?

yes, it is exactly a bit like auctions. but with the ability to control who the item is going to. you might have a deal with someone that you wouldn't ordinarily give to anyone else. also more of a way to transfer an item after having your own little auction via the FS/WTB section. I think that happens now and again, no? ;p <sarcasm>
If I tried, I could prolly come up with at least several good reasons this could be different than the AH, but yeah, the AH does make this idea a NON necessity, just something that popped into my head.

OOPS sorry, but not talking about USD. Strictly CB samolians.
