NCB options (in General)

Right now I have a few options.

1. Level my tattoo until the end of my ncb
2. Insta my tattoo up and then level it until the end of my ncb
3. Level up someone's tattoo for money
4. Level up someone's tattoo and use the money to insta my tattoo up
5. Start a loan service like everyone else xD
6. Other, you tell me.

So I would like the input of someone of the CB community on what they think I should do.
