Zenai/gols090 (in Public Record)

I'm insta-ing up my tat to zenai's tat. NW difference of approximately 25m. There will be a rate of 50%, subtracting the cost of a base RoS and adding his transfer fees, which comes out to 13m cost for me. I will be sending 3m now, and the rest over about two to three weeks. Payments will be made to Battalion, Marlfox's character, because of a deal he and zenai has.
