training (in General)

i would like to c an new ability added to the train page. Call it something like Untrain, Reprogram and Redistubute exp evenly or the URR button for short. For a cost of 4% total exp it untrains all abilities on all minions and redivides total exp among all minions. This function is only to redistribute exp evenly in a team not to focus all teams exp into 1 minion

I think that is what the new version of the RoE is for.

It works very very slowly I bet.

oh so very very slowly hence the want to speed things up :P

I disagree. It would lessen the amount of thought and strategy on when people should buy there next or new minion.

AKA: This change would make it so: It matters much less when you hire, because you can just untrain and make both minions equal in MPR. Therefore taking even more strategy and thought out of the game.

I agree with WoC, we don't want to make this game lose its strategy in play by making it too easy.

I agree against this as well. Part of the strat of this game is how you start the game with the number of characters you run with a NCB/NUB. I think the RoE is right on with how it works, slowly, as you need to invest time into it, just like your 6months of time with a NCB/NUB run.

So... I'm just trying to understand here... What you're suggesting is the ability to make a NCB team with three kill slots and a single damage dealing minion wearing an RoE, preferably named for the bonus. Then after you get to basically 2mil MPR, you'd be able to untrain the Experience that that single minion collected and spread it out throughout the entire team?
