evasion question (in General)

As I read in the wiki, trained evasion gets boosted during ranged rounds. If a minion has equal trained dex and evasion, would the boosted evasion be subject to 60% effect during those rounds, making the bonus less than what the multipliers should be?

Not evasion question, but I'm just wondering. Where do the people at the top get their score? How is score entering the game?

The multiplier is not subject to any penalties.

It takes the level you have and multiplies it.

Score is gotten from winning. Just like money entering the system from fighting, score enters the same way.

Doesn't the other person lose the score that the winner gained? So doesn't overall score stay stable? Or rather, slowly lose through the retraining bug and all.

Even if you fight someone lower than you, as long as you win your score increases.

So if the top people are gaining score, the lower people are losing score, which brings me back to my other question: how does score enter the game? The question about the top players has been answered thanks :)
