I just got this message:
"Didn't I say it's not polite to fight more than one battle at a time? You'll have to wait about 10 minutes now for fight to be reenabled.
(Multiple suspensions will result in longer penalties.)"
Things is, as far as I can tell, it happened right after I hit enter for a botcheck. Is there some clever way to see what I did wrong?

Sometimes there is a bit of lag and you fight back to back accidentally.
Unfortunately this happens.
Best not to get too upset, serve the 10 minute time out and start fighting/forging again.
