My Hal has 2m dex compared to Dos' 1.8m, and is under the full junction effect of 175 DBs...
So a total evasion of 174 on my Hal.
So how does DoS' character hit my Hal? Consecutively...
His Elb is +0...
:O?
one hit per round or more?
Usually one hit, which would be dex, but he has double hit at least once that I've noticed.
How much of a dex advantage is needed to stop a dex hit?
evasion can wipe out pth but does nothing against bth or base to hit.
double at least
the massive base to hit of the ELB (and Hal) is the reason behind this
he's also using the toa correct?
He should never double hit, if he does something is wrong.
