Hmm I actually have one of the the "things" mentioned at the end. I use it everyday I work. So even thou I am part of the 98% it may be for different reason then most.

GF gets a point for having the exact same answer I had. He still loses 50 for bailing on the game, though.

I've done it before so I only remembered one part of it and it just so happened that it got the color for me as well. :p

I didn't watch the video - I read the comments and know what you're talking about. I got this as an email once ages ago. I usually ignore these, because they're annoying, but I had exams and was looking for a reason to procrastinate.
I got Red Hammer. I was actually really amused by it so, I got some other people to do it and they all got Red Hammer as well.

The whole idea of that "trick" is that you are EXPECTED to hate doing calculations.
Of course, most of the CB crowd doesn't exactly hate calculations, or else they wouldn't be playing for too long :)

By making you "angry" that you have to "calculate so much", you would pick a color and a tool associated with your mental state (red for anger, hammer for violence).
Obviously, if the whole test was trivial to you, you'd rather pick blue (very few would pick something other than blue or red) and some other random tool.

Makes sense. Specially since math is my best subject.

Well I got red hammer. I am not especially good at math but quick and easy calculations like these I excel at and I am always up for a challenge with little numbers. I liked the quiz. I also know I am weird and don't think properly but I still got the most common answer.

The reason I think most people choose the final answer is because red (or blue) is the most common color that comes to mind first, next a hammer is the most common tool on the earth for thousands of years. even if you don't like either it's almost instinct.
