Those near the top can expect to lose a percent or two on their challenge bonus, if they're getting any. Thos in the lower ranks will see a slight increase. In a day or two, this will stabalize and be back to normal

thought maybe vardo or tulkas would be pleased, but that proved to be more like pressing ham against glass

(there used to be long long ago ina CB far away a tax for doing things like that) :)..I referred to is as the "John Smith Smart Guy Tax"...he logged off one friday night said he was going to run thru CB nekkid. Came back monday and he had been beat so horribly it was going to cost him 5 million CBD to heal lol :)...
