Blackmarket slightly reworked (in Changelog)

Increased the minimum rarity level for armor in the black market. Also, removed the special case that allowed for the Steel Brig.

Weapons are as yet untouched.

Good change. An unrelated suggestion, though: How about alternating the background color for each line of text? (for example: gray, white, gray, white, etc, etc.) I've accidentally voted for the wrong item before because I had difficulty lining up the right "vote" link.

If the GoM stays, if the Menelvegorian Cape costs 96 votes, and if the HxBow is still around, I think the Steel Brig should stay.

Steel Brig is a quick and easy Mushu to the choices in the black market.
