My NCB/NUB/Rolling bonus idea (in General)

Basically CB will have 3 ways to get to the top
This came to me:

NCB, back to basics instead of the 6 months we have now, the time span will be cut to 3 months. Here is the catch; BA cost is doubled. The NCB I figur is designed to get you to 95% of the top mpr. Basically its fast way to get to the top but it will cost you.

NUB, stays in it current form however after 4 months NUB the BA will no longer be free, it will start at a set amount, like 10 CBD each, and will increase each day until it hits half the BA cost for the NCB. This is a great way to let nubs get accustomed to BA cost.

RCB, the rolling character bonus, this is designed to get you to 95% of the the top mpr, BA cost is normal but will increase as the bonus increases. However the time span is for a year and not indefinite. So after a year the RCB is done.

So...new characters get to choose between NCB and RCB? In that case I certainly would like what you propose. Not as good as an ever activated RCB, but better than nothing.

I hate the NCB primarily due to the throwaway character system it causes; these don't solve that problem at all.

So I don't care for them.
